Victoria Herring is Director of the Sustainability Programme at Grosvenor providing support and challenge to the business ensuring their ambitious environmental strategy is converted into action. To date Grosvenor’s retrofit programme has improved the energy efficiency of over 100 buildings and includes the first Enerphit Passivhaus in the private rented sector and the first listed building to achieve Breeam Outstanding. A Chartered Building Surveyor by background, she is a Fellow of the RICS and a member of the RIBA’s Sustainable Futures Group.
