Victoria leads on sustainability for GLA Land and Property Ltd (GLAP), the Mayor’s development subsidiary, supporting regeneration across major schemes in London including Greenwich Peninsula and the Royal Docks. Prior to this Victoria worked on the Olympic Legacy project since 2008 and was involved in the Park’s major developments including the Legacy Communities Scheme, Transformation post the London 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games and most recently East Bank and the new neighbourhoods. Her role at GLAP involves leading the implementation of GLAP’s Climate Action Strategy and Social Value work. Victoria has a particular focus on delivering high-quality, inclusive and affordable places that respond to the challenges of climate change while supporting long-term community wellbeing. Her expertise spans net zero carbon development, climate adaptation, sustainable infrastructure, circular economy principles, affordable housing delivery, and the creation of resilient neighbourhoods.
