Vince Ugarow is a Director at Hilson Moran, a leading independent multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy for the built environment. 

He is responsible for managing design teams on high-profile UK and international projects, for a comprehensive portfolio of blue chip clients. He is also one of six founding committee members of the UK Chapter of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, which was formally launched last summer. His particular expertise is in design of energy efficient high-rise buildings, including most recently 20 Fenchurch Street.
