Vincent is a partner at Union Street Partners, a specialist consultancy practice providing advice for development, leasing, disposal and acquisition of commercial and industrial property in the South Bank and South East London property market.

He is an advocate of South London and has operated in Southwark through the changes for over 9 years. He is currently providing development advice on over 300,000 sq ft of new build and refurbished commercial space in the area for clients such as Lend Lease, Capital Industrial, Sherwood Street and Notting Hill Housing Trust.
