Wahid is the Chairman of CNM Estates, a London-based property investment and development company, with offices also in Abu Dhabi and Gibraltar. 

The company focuses on residentially led mixed-use regeneration projects and currently has 26 live projects. Prior to setting up CNM Estates in 2004, Wahid worked in strategy consulting and has an MBA from INSEAD.
