Will joined Turley in 2005 and is a member of the company’s housing, and central London sector groups.

He has extensive experience of negotiating planning consents for complex redevelopment projects throughout London.  His background in both the public and private sectors has been principally focused upon providing strategic advice for design-led urban planning projects across a wide range of sectors. He has a specific interest in dealing with challenging and sensitive development sites within central London.
