Will Temple is a Senior Associate Director at PRD, specialising in inclusive economic and housing strategies. He led on the evidence base for LB Waltham Forest’s pioneering Affordable Housing Commission and subsequent housing strategy; and more recently developed the evidence base for Camden's Housing Taskforce. An expert in research and policy, Will also leads PRD’s Theory of Change work, embedding outcomes-based frameworks into strategic planning for clients like LB Hackney, to help them navigate social and economic change effectively.
