I joined Brompton in 2002, became director in 2006, and took over as MD in 2008 and in this time grown the company from £2mil turnover with 27 staff to £35mil turnover with over 280 staff. I am a Chartered Engineer passionate about all things engineering, having previously worked for DuPoint, Nissan and ICI. I am married with three daughters and live near Marlow. I am Chair of The Vibrant Economy Commission, Trustee of the Education and Employer charity, Trustee of Investors in People as well as being a Commissioner for the UKCES from 2013-16. I am a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, Member of the Vintners company, a pilot and keen on my veggie patch.
