Will believes passionately in people, everyone is a colleague. His approach to design, combines the knowledge of architecture, interiors and consultancy to the client’s needs. Will works for an international and corporate client base designing workplace space, and winning awards.
He is involved in changing the world of work through research, collaboration, and practice. Will is particularly interested in human centric design, sustainability, how new technologies drive new work practices, supporting business objectives and smart premises design.
Will is leading new research in technologies in environmental design, he is the original author for the SKA environmental tool and lead author for the BCO Wellness Guide. Research projects not limited to: Sustainable communities RIBA, SKA, BCO Fit Out guide, and CoreNet UK Trading floor research, CoreNet Life Sciences research. Will studied at Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London and qualified as an architect in 1998, joined Pringle Brandon in 2003, Perkins+Will 2012 and founded
Will+Partners in 2018.
