Will is an Architect at Barr Gazetas where he specialises in sustainability-led workplace design. He joined the practice with substantial experience and has continued to develop this with a particular focus on sustainable retrofit design that retains the contextual and cultural value of existing buildings.

 

Will has a strong interest in education and mentoring, having previously held a part-time Teaching Assistant position at the University of Westminster. He co-leads Barr Gazetas’ long-standing Work Experience programme and acts as an office Mentor, supporting both career progression and Part 3 studies. Will is also a leading member of Barr Gazetas’ BCO Next Gen cohort and has recently helped organise a BCO tour of the award-winning (including the NLA's 2024 New London Awards in the Mixed Use Category) Grainhouse project.
