Yip is a Senior Project Officer in the GLA Regeneration Team and Lecturer at UCL with a background in Architecture, leading on delivering the Mayor’s Good Growth agenda in North-West London.

With a focus on supporting emerging policy areas and implementing recommendations into the commissioning process of publicly funded projects, his expertise lies within ensuring design quality and embedded representation of community and marginalised voices within the procurement and delivery of capital projects.
