Yu-Ning is currently the Chief Planner, overseeing Singapore’s urban planning and conservation of built heritage. She is also a Deputy Chief Executive Officer with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Singapore’s land use planning and conservation authority.
Beyond the URA, she has served in the Strategy Group of the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and the Ministry of National Development.
She is a global trustee with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a board member of Singapore’s Science Centre Board, Land Transport Authority and the IJ Board of Management. She also serves on the National University of Singapore (NUS)’s School of Design & the Environment Advisory Committee.
Yu-Ning studied architecture at the NUS and has a Master’s in Public Policy & Urban Planning from Harvard University.
