This event explores projects that demonstrate innovative interventions to estate regeneration, from infill to new development.
As part of the NLA’s Housing programme, this fast-paced Test & Learn event showcases a selection of projects that demonstrate innovative interventions to estate regeneration, from infill and small sites to new development.

Innovative solutions are needed to meet the housing needs of all Londoners. Drawing on case studies from the Homes for Londoners publication, this Test & Learn event showcases key projects that are innovative in scale, design and partnership models.

Join industry experts as they share how their projects turn commercial spaces into housing that serves as temporary accommodation, propose flexible designs that address site constraints, and embed retrofit principles at scale.
