Join us for this free lunchtime talk on 30 July in our new space at Coal Drops Yard and learn about London’s historical and physical development.
NLA’s giant interactive model of central London brings the story of London’s historical and physical development to life.
At 12.5 metres-long, the model covers more than 85 square kilometres of London, 19 Boroughs and approximately 170,000 buildings, including 34km of the Thames with its corresponding 21 bridges. It extends from King’s Cross in the north to Peckham in the south and the Royal Docks in the east to Old Oak Common in the west and it includes a brand new extension of Wembley.
NLA is COVID safe!
Under current government COVID-19 guidelines, NLA are running all events at 50% capacity with strict social distancing measures in place. Booking is essential and we insist on taking temperatures at the door and asking all guests to check in with the NHS Track and Trace app. Masks are mandatory for entry and visitors must be seated to consume any food or drink in the on-site coffee shop.
We thank you for keeping each other and the NLA Team safe.
