Celebrating four years of the NLA NextGen programme, the annual Christmas party is the chance for young professionals engaged with the network to come together, discuss their ideas, achievements and mistakes and celebrate the festive season!

Some inspiration will be provided by Kaela Fenn-Smith, Managing Director of Real Estate Balance, an association run by a group of leaders from different organisations and disciplines engaged in real estate who are focussed on addressing the gender imbalance in the sector.

NextGen is an NLA initiative which identifies and supports young talent within the industry and champions the professional development of the built environments future leaders.

NLA NextGen supports all like-minded initiatives and looks to collaborate wherever possible, broadening the network so that members have the opportunity to meet more young professionals working across the industry. This event is therefore in association with CPA and WPA.
