Join this study tour to hear from Get Living and its partners about one of the Capital’s major regeneration projects, Elephant and Castle Town Centre.
One of London’s highest value and technically complex regeneration projects, Elephant and Castle Town Centre is set to be a major new destination in the heart of the city. Delivered by Get Living, in partnership with Delancey and Multiplex, the scheme is on track to complete in 2026 and will deliver almost 500 new homes for rent, of which 172 will be affordable, 135,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants, cultural and leisure space, 55,000 sq ft of workspace and a state-of-the-art new campus for University of the Arts London (UAL). The public realm will be completely transformed with three new streets, new central public square and extensive landscaping.
The development will also deliver major infrastructure improvements to public transport, including a new entrance to the Northern Line Underground providing both escalator and lift access and designed to unlock the opportunity for potential future Bakerloo line extension.

This tour requires PPE so please indicate on the booking form your shoe size. As this is a working site, please note that there will be stairs on the tour.

Please note the capacity for this event is 20 and tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis with a maximum of 2 tickets per organisation.
