Join this study tour of Nine Elms Park, a mixed used masterplan within the Nine Elms regeneration area, showcasing 6 newly completed residential towers amongst a high-quality public realm.

Nine Elms Park is a mixed used masterplan within the Nine Elms regeneration area, showcasing a high-quality public realm between 6 newly completed residential towers, such as One Linear Place, overlooking the US Embassy. Nestled in between is the privately-owned public Linear Park, incorporating the Mill Pond Wood board walk and the expansive Park Basin, surrounded and activated by a diverse range of retail offerings. Still under construction, is the 4 storey, 2-form primary school due for practical completion in late 2027 to complete the redevelopment of the site.
