We have taken a “One Council” approach to deliver the best for our residents and a more equal borough by 2030. Collaborating across teams we’ve raised the bar on exemplar development with and for our communities, ensuring a greener, cleaner, safer and more joyful borough for all. 

This means working collaboratively across teams to ensure every family and child has every opportunity,  build an economy that works for everyone, make Waltham Forest a great place to live and age well, tackle the housing crisis head on, lead the way on net-zero borough  and create safe, green neighbourhoods. This work is especially evident in development across the borough the starts with the needs of our communities
