We primarily design and build residential-led schemes, and are proud to work extensively with local groups and stakeholders along the way.
Very few developers operate so broadly across the length and breadth of the city. We are focused on, and are extremely passionate about, our three core developments areas:
Residential-led mixed-use schemes
The bulk of our planning and delivery pipeline is made up of mixed-use schemes in prominent boroughs around the capital. 2016 has seen a scheme for 473 homes receive planning permission in Waltham Forest, and the submission of a planning application for 146 homes and a new stadium for Dulwich Hamlet FC in Southwark. We are currently on site and delivering 178 homes and a number of artists’ studios in Camberwell, and preparing for submission of a 143-home scheme on Green Lanes, in Haringey.
Large-scale regeneration projects
Usually delivered in partnership with our joint venture partners, the GLA and the borough itself, these are the long-term delivery projects which help to shape the future of the city. An example of this is Greenwich Square, currently on site for its second phase. To date, there are 300 homes, a leisure centre, library, NHS facility and all of the ancillary services that a new piece of city requires to service its residents. Within the next two years, at least 350 more homes will be added to that number. Greenwich Square is being delivered as part of our joint venture with Mace, alongside the GLA and Royal Borough of Greenwich. Greenwich Square won What House Magazine’s ‘Best Mixed-Use Development’ award in 2015 and is currently a shortlisted finalist for both the upcoming Evening Standard and Property Week awards.
Delivering boutique schemes in prime Central London
We are currently on site at Chelsea Island, launching in mid 2016. 89 generously proportioned apartments and superb amenities, Chelsea Island looks set to be the development of choice in a currently resurgent area currently resurgent. This is one of a portfolio of luxury schemes, including Tower View – a disused office block at the time of acquisition, and now one of the most sought-after homes in London. An emphasis on the building’s unparalleled views across the Thames, Tower Bridge, and the remarkable redevelopment of the South Bank have further enhanced this block’s reputation, and led to the receipt of the Evening Standard’s ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Best Apartment’ category.
