Hadley Property Group

As well as leading on Hadley’s communications, engagement, meanwhile and social impact strategies, Matt is co-founder of the Have Your Say digital engagement platform. The software, which enables enhanced online participation in the planning process, spun out of the mixed-use developer’s desire to ensure that London’s differing demographics remain influential and informed throughout the pre-application and planning phases.

Matt also leads the cross-sector Go Stratford ‘tech for good’ partnership with Brompton, Mobileo and Enterprise a community-focussed sustainable transport hub which empowers local residents in E15 and E20 with affordable zero-carbon travel solutions.

Immediately prior to joining Hadley, he was heavily involved in the arts-based 'community living' projects in both Haringey and Hackney, campaigning successfully for a reclassification of live/work arts spaces which had been threatened with closure.

Matt is a member of the NSPCC’s Property Board and the NLA’s Built Environment Technology Expert Panel, currently working on recommendations for the New London Agenda.
