Partners win places on Peabody framework

A number of NLA Partners have won key slots on the £85m framework for consultants and architects announced by housing association Peabody this week.
 
Services engineers Elementa, Max Fordham and Arup are included Gardiner & Theobald as well who are listed as QSs. Atkins take one of the Structural Engineering slots in the four-year framework.
 
Architect Partners who have been successful are Hawkins Brown, Maccreanor Lavington, PRP, Levitt Bernstein, BDP and Mica. 
 
In a contract award notice in the Official Journal, Peabody said the framework would be for small- to large-scale new build schemes, master planning, refurbishments and ad hoc advice. A further three lots for development consultants, planning consultants and surveyors will be announced at a future date.

Elementa told us “Peabody’s mission and values mirror ours in their commitment to provide quality homes that are safe, sustainable and positively impact communities.” While BDP said they look forward to bringing their user-inspired designs to much-needed new housing developments across the South.
 
Brendan Kilpatrick, Senior Partner PRP described Peabody as an institution “that is synonymous with the highest level of provision for those with the greatest housing need”.  Alastair Wolstenholme, G&T Partner, said “We are looking forward to providing Cost Management services on its ambitious development programme.” Richard Lavington, Maccreanor Lavington added “we have recently been working with Peabody on a masterplan for the Lenses Estate in Thamesmead and look forward to future work with this great client.”
 
Peabody, which is chaired by former head of the civil service and Chairman of BeFirst Lord Kerslake, owns and manages more than 66,000 homes across London and the South East.
