We’re proud to announce the promotion of five exceptional team members to Associate Director roles — a reflection of their leadership, dedication and continued contribution to our mission of shaping better cities through collaboration, knowledge and community.
Emily Gabb, Associate Director – Client Relationships
Emily leads our public sector partnership strategy and manages key relationships across our principal partners, public sector and BID members — strengthening NLA’s community through a relationship-driven approach.
Sophie Goff, Associate Director – Communications
Sophie oversees NLA’s communications strategy, leading on brand, media, marketing and digital to ensure our voice is clear, consistent and aligned with our mission.
Molly Nicholson, Associate Director – Venues & Events
Molly leads our venues and events team, delivering a high-quality experience across NLA’s public programme and flagship events, including the London Real Estate Forum.
Federico Ortiz, Associate Director – Programme
Federico directs the development and delivery of NLA’s year-round programming, ensuring relevance and impact, and spearheading new international initiatives such as the Built World Summit.
Rosa Rogina, Associate Director – Place Partnerships
Rosa leads the London Festival of Architecture and NLA Collaborate, delivering creative, place-based strategies and activations in collaboration with local and international partners.
These new Associate Directors represent the strength and depth of expertise across NLA. Their work builds vital relationships, delivers inclusive programming and strengthens our growing network.
As we celebrate these new chapters, we also say farewell to Benjamin O’Connor, who departs NLA after 10 years. Benjamin has made an outstanding contribution to the organisation — developing many of our most recognisable programmes and generously supporting colleagues across the team. We thank him for his commitment and wish him every success in his next chapter.
These changes mark an exciting moment for NLA as we continue to build relationships, develop skills and champion our community — here in London and around the world.
