412 Muswell Hill Broadway exemplifies an exceptional approach to sustainability and life-cycle carbon reduction in urban regeneration, transforming the building into a vibrant mixed use development.

A disused retail building on Muswell Hill Broadway was transformed through adaptive reuse. Structural and planning challenges were overcome to create a revitalised Aldi at ground level with seven new apartments above. Much of the original structure was retained to reduce embodied carbon. Designed by Crawford Partnership, the scheme offers a replicable, sustainable model for mixed-use regeneration on London’s high streets.
