The new workspace at 47-69 Notting Hill Gate revives the tired 1950s building on the site, transforming it into flexible and contemporary high-quality office space for small to medium businesses.

Shortlisted in the CONSERVING category

The brief included improving the existing building and its response to the local area, as well as enhancing the public realm. Proposals sought to replace the existing façades above the ground and first floor retail units to create a distinct identity for the building, whilst increasing the available office floor space by refurbishing the second and third floors, and adding a new fourth floor.
