The building was Cat A refurbished with new extensions to the roof and rear. The biophilic design of the living wall adds a front garden to Carnaby with all its variety through the seasons.

The building was Cat A refurbished with new extensions to the roof and rear. Reused materials such as raised floors and reclaimed brick slips were used for the interiors. The biophilic design of the living wall adds a front garden to Carnaby with all its variety through the seasons adding to the placemaking of this iconic street. The installation of the wall improved air quality and lifted the biodiversity.
