70 Charter Street links Wood Wharf to Canary Wharf, transitioning from a 29-storey west tower to an 8-storey east block near the Coldharbour conservation area.

70 Charter Street acts as a gateway into the Wood Wharf site as well as a transition point between the high-rise buildings to the west towards the Canary Wharf business centre and the lower-rise buildings to the east towards the Coldharbour conservation area. The 70 Charter Street is massing is split into two distinct elements; a 29 storey element to the west and an 8 storey element to the east.
