Albert Jacob House

Planning Granted

A new mixed-use scheme designed by Child Graddon Lewis for Tower Hamlets Council, the project will provide 53 much-needed affordable homes at social rent, and workspace in a well-connected location.

Albert Jacob House on Roman Road in Bethnal Green is a new mixed-use scheme designed on the site formerly occupied by Tower Hamlets Council before relocating to their recently refurbished Town Hall in Whitechapel.

The project will provide 53 much-needed new affordable homes and workspace in a well-connected location; softening the urban environment through new landscaping and improving the overall design quality of not just the site itself but its neighbouring context and wider streetscape.
