New build 10 storey office and light industrial building providing ultra-flexible studio space, allowing SMEs to expand without relocation, as part of the continuing success of Battersea Studios.

Battersea Studios is a successful existing community of SMEs supported by flexible space and lease terms, within a sprawling warehouse-style space. Studio 3 reimagines this model in a new 10-storey tower, which will house commercial and light industrial uses on ultra-flexible floorplates, and can be configured efficiently into small 400sqft suites and adapted to suit the evolving needs of occupiers. Communal facilities, such as the large roof terrace for events, will continue to foster a sense of community and collaboration.
