Grade II* listed former Belsize Fire Station. Built in 1915. The development included extending and converting the historic building into 18 residential apartments, retaining heritage features. Key spaces were preserved and the distinctive white glazed brick and timber panelling
repaired. The accessibility of the apartments, and the energy performance of the building were both greatly improved.
