Blackwall Reach - Phase 3 CGI

Blackwall Reach will create 1575 new homes (50% affordable) and transform this area of London. The regeneration is led by Swan Housing Association in partnership with LBTH and the GLA.

Designed as a residential-led mixed-use development, Blackwall Reach will act as a catalyst for change within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

The £500 million multi-phased regeneration scheme will provide high levels of social investment within the local area, delivering over 1,500 homes, of which 50% will be affordable, a new community hub, commercial facilities, a faith building, and will continue to deliver enhanced open green space to support a vibrant community environment.
