Its thoughtful design, immersive living spaces, comprehensive amenities, prime location, and commitment to resident well-being make it a shining example of what can be achieved when innovation, design, and community engagement converge. There is 2,505 sqm of retail, community, and leisure space, Bloom will also benefit from the new Linear Park, a landscaped pathway.

This project is featured alongside our Public London: Activating the City insight study. The publication, exhibition and online project directory explore what constitutes a successful and democratic public realm today, the role of co‑creation and partnerships, and how we can ensure that places are fit‑for‑purpose in the long term.
