Buildings A1 and A2 are the first buildings within the Canada Water Masterplan and have been conceived together to provide a coherent urban response to routes and spaces created by the masterplan.

In its prominent location, Building A1 consists of carefully crafted composition of elements responding to both its immediate and metropolitan context. Whilst inspired by the historic sheds of its dock setting, Building A2 creates a new twist on an old form. As one of the first detailed plots, the buildings play a key role in establishing the highest design quality standards for future development.
