Camden Gardens is a 0.2 ha triangular park located beneath the western end of the proposed Camden Highline route. Camden Highline was awarded £20,000 +VAT from MHCLG to make improvements to this underused and underappreciated green space and give it a sense of purpose and profile. An invited design competition involving five teams was won by emerging practice Studio MUTT, who delivered the improvements. Improvements to the park include new planters, seating and wayfinding for the public to enjoy, and support the Camden Highline's walking tours, education and volunteering activities in the park.
