Shortlisted in the MEANWHILE category
Collective is a charity offering free hot-desking and subsidised offices for creative start-ups in the heart of Camden Town. We take on temporary leases of disused building and bring them back to life, transforming them into vibrant workspace for a community of creative start-ups.  Our latest building, Collective Auction Rooms, is a disused warehouse in the heart of Camden Town. It’s owned by TfL and set to be demolished for station redevelopment. Our meanwhile use project supports business growth and economic regeneration by providing free and subsidised workspace to companies. We give start-ups the chance to take risks, experiment, and grow in a low-cost way, as well as bringing new life into the local area.
