The Earls Court Development Company (ECDC) are responsible for driving the development of the Earls Court site, providing new direction and the chance of new growth for local neighbourhoods.

Earls Court has always been a place where big ideas take shape. From world-renowned exhibitions to cultural milestones, it has long been a stage for innovation, imagination, and possibility. Today, it holds the key to something even greater: a future-facing district that can help power London’s next era of growth.

The Earls Court Development Company is responsible for the transformation of London's largest cleared development opportunity into a new neighbourhood rooted in sustainability, innovation, culture, and community.

The proposals include c. 4,000 homes, for all stages of life, 2.5m sq ft of workplace that will be a hub for the climate innovation sector, three new anchor cultural venues and around half the site dedicated to public realm, including a central 4.5 acre park.
Earls Court will be a new piece of city; a destination that reflects the best of London - bold, inclusive, and innovative.
