The Etihad Arena is the Middle East’s first multi-purpose indoor arena and anchor for the world-class Yas Island entertainment district.

Designed with state-of-the-art flexibility at its core, the unique waterfront destination is uniquely positioned to host events of up to 18,000 people with the ability to transform into an intimate 500-seat theatre.

It is of the anchors for the visionary Yas Bay resort, a new world-class entertainment destination. HOK’s London Studio collaborated with WSP Middle East and Pascall+Watson to deliver the project for Miral Asset Management and the Department of Culture & Tourism, strengthening Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a global tourism hub.
