The adaptive reuse of Finsbury Dials involved reconfiguring the existing accommodation, whilst retaining the existing structure and reusing on-site/reclaimed materials where possible.

The adaptive reuse of Finsbury Dials involved retaining the existing structure & reusing on-site/reclaimed materials where possible. Crushed granite façades were re-purposed into terrazzo tiles & lightweight CLT infill panels enabled the reuse of the existing frame & foundations. The design targets an upfront embodied carbon <301 kgCO2e/m2, BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, & NABERS Design for Performance 5* target.
