With 759 new homes and over 33,000 sq ft of flexible commercial space, Fulton Road, Wembley will be reinvigorated with a new linear park alongside the brook, new play space and cycle connections.

Introducing Fulton & Fifth: new homes designed for people with different needs; new contemporary workspace supporting creativity and productivity; an investment into the public realm to create memorable spaces that encourage both local people and new residents to take time out and enjoy the generous assets of the site.

We adopted a masterplan approach and optimised the reprovision of desirable employment space and increased the number of residential homes across all tenures. A new pedestrian and cycle route will pass through the site. The brook edge is rejuvenated as a wildlife corridor, responding to the Climate Crisis and our inherent need and joy in connecting with nature.

Responding to the gradient of Fifth Way are a series of stepped spaces with planting and trees on each. A new bus stop provides further connections to the surrounding area and to our new multifunctional space that can be opened up for public activities.
