Through careful attention to the existing levels on site, Levitate have created a new heart at the centre of the home, featuring an open-plan kitchen and lounge space that unfolds into the garden beyond. This main living space expands upwards, brightly lit by top-level glazing and a large lantern skylight. Physically and visually, this space is a hub around which everything else revolves. Most closely connected are the children’s playroom on the lower ground level a library nook and a study on the landing immediately above.
