An urban logistics scheme intensifying an existing site for flexible use, creating a community-focused, exemplar development pending planning approval.

A highly-sustainable industrial and logistics scheme is proposed that will be an exemplar for urban projects. It incorporates extensive placemaking initiatives to integrate it into the wider area, bringing together communities with 20,000 sqft of proposed public realm. Also, the proposed approach to materials demonstrates a proactive methodology to an industry-wide transition to a circular economy. The scheme is subject to planning approval.
