Knight Dragon has transformed a disused piece of London twice the size of Soho into a new destination to live, work and play, currently home to over 5,000 people, multiple businesses and exciting attractions, welcoming over 3 million visitors annually.

Leading with arts and culture over square footage, Knight Dragon has maximised the blank canvas this almost-island part of London presented, drawing on global best-in-class examples of modern places to create a fresh, distinctive and sustainable neighbourhood.

2021 saw the opening of London’s first permanent, purpose-built home for the creative industries, Design District, which introduces innovative new uses and a new community to Greenwich Peninsula, bringing a pioneering sustainable economic use and building its identity as a centre for creativity.

Once complete, Greenwich Peninsula will establish a mixed-use destination of seven distinct neighbourhoods, with new homes, public space and extensive new amenities.
