Greenwich Square is a £250m regeneration project for Mace delivering a new piazza and communal gardens. The landscape addresses mental health through socialisation, play and connectivity to nature.
 
Greenwich Square is a £250 million project upon a the hectare brownfield site that delivers 686 new mixed-tenure homes (50 per cent ffordable housing), a new community hub including a leisure centre, library, health centre, adult education college, restaurants and shops. Outerspace have designed and technically delivered the entire landscape masterplan, including a central piazza and public art sculpture; streetscapes and communal podium gardens. The various spaces have all been designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing through socialisation, play, comfort and connectivity to nature.
