New London Architecture

Gresham St Paul's

Built

The creative and sustainable reinvention and reuse of an existing 20 year old building, to create a new product in the market.

Gresham St Paul’s is being delivered as a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ building, developed through pragmatic service solutions and significant upgrade of the external envelope, attempting to re-use as much of the existing façade, structure and sub-structure as possible. To help cater to modern working practices and promote personal well-being, the ground floor has been designed to provide occupiers with a range of amenities to help promote creativity and collaboration by offering a space to recharge, interact and seek inspiration away from the desk.
