A mixed-use development on the site of a former land-locked warehouse within the Kings Cross Conservation Area. The scheme provides 60 new private and affordable homes (62,000 sq ft), flexible B1 spaces (11,000 sq ft), a gym (2,000 sq ft) and a new oasis of public realm in a busy part of the city.
