Single storey rear extension to accommodate an open plan kitchen-diner, utility room and WC plus a garden room to accommodate an office, gym, bar and social space.

The utility and WC were zoned in the mid-section of the property so that the kitchen and garden room could become the grown-up entertaining space and kept tidy at all times. All materials were chosen for their natural beauty and remain laid bare to create the natural aesthetic of the space. No paints were used in the kitchen extension or garden room, making for a very warm and tactile environment.
