A part new build, part refurbishment, mixed-use development comprising new residences, offices and retail spaces and an art gallery within a Grade II listed John Nash building.
 
Hobhouse is located in the City of Westminster set along Whitcomb Street and crossing two separate conservation areas.  A part new build, part refurbishment mixed use development of approximately 6300m2 comprising offices, residences, gallery, and retail spaces. The ground and basement floors of a refurbished John Nash Grade II listed building provide new premises for the Royal Watercolour Society, which was founded in the same building in 1823. An array of Grade II listed vaults previously inaccessible in the basement has also been refurbished and made accessible.
