Holbein Gardens will be one of London’s most sustainable office buildings, proving the huge potential for transforming outdated offices into exemplary zero carbon workspaces.

Adding an additional floor to the retained four-storey structure, as well as reusing materials and introducing extensive greening, results in 25,000ft2 of high-quality flexible workspace.

Meeting LETI’s pioneer standards, the project will provide an all-electric building with biodiversity at its heart and a range of innovative materials and technology.
