Hornsey Town Hall is a Grade II* listed landmark and much-loved local amenity on Historic England’s Heritage at Risk Register. Its located in an existing residential community and the Crouch End Conservation Area.

The redesign will restore the town hall, preserving its Art Deco features and improving its community offering with flexible spaces for new amenities, a hotel, co-working hub and a full events, arts and cultural programme - as well as introducing a range of new-build apartments in the grounds.

It will allow far greater access to the whole building and grounds for public use.
