Jonathan Tuckey Design has transformed a derelict pub in West London - dating back to 1884 - into its new studio.

Jonathan Tuckey Design has transformed a derelict Victorian pub into its new studio, accommodating the growth of the practice whilst doubling up as a gallery and lecture theatre. The new office demonstrates how the practice can bring buildings back to life through a few well considered architectural moves. The former pub will continue its function as an ‘urban living room’ but now through exhibitions, talks and community engagement. Stepping back the ground floor and inserting a freestanding timber structure creates the practice’s new storage and display systems.
