Kings Crescent Estate Phases 3&4 completes the wider masterplan and delivers 393 mixed-tenure homes (50 per cent affordable) across new and refurbished buildings with fully accessible landscaped public spaces

Building upon the success of the first two phases of Kings Crescent Estate, Phases 3&4 creates 393 mixed-tenure homes across new and refurbished buildings, fully accessible landscaped public spaces, new public routes, workspaces, retail space and a new community centre. The project forms a pivotal piece of Hackney Council’s innovative house building programme and is the culmination of 8 years of close collaboration with residents and the wider community to sustainably renew the estate and deliver genuinely affordable homes for local people.
